The property is a Grade II Listed Building. Working closely with an interior designer and landscape designer the brief was to renovate and adapt the house to the new owners’ requirements. This included extending the kitchen into the conservatory and creating a large utility room.
A new front entrance door was designed to maximise the natural light coming into the entrance hall and yet giving the door enough presence on the elevation. The kitchen was extended into the existing conservatory and a large utility space was created behind the curved wall into the rear courtyard area. The landscape designer created an enclosed terrace space around, screening vehicles and creating a private area.
